Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree, adding more or less fruit juice for desired consistency.

1 banana
1 cup frozen fruit (any berries, peaches, mango, melon)
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds or toasted wheat germ (optional)
¼ (approx.) cup fruit juice (orange, pineapple)
